09. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Specifically, the jurisdiction for any legal matters arising from or related to the use of Aire Brokers' services shall be exclusively in the county of Pinellas, Florida.


10. No Broker or Agency Relationship

• The use of Aire Brokers does not create a traditional broker-client relationship, with Aire Brokers acting solely as a facilitator or transaction broker.

Upon termination, the user must cease all use of Aire Brokers' services and destroy all materials obtained from the site.


18. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules in Pinellas County, Florida. The arbitration shall be conducted by one arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA rules and shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. The parties agree to abide by all decisions and awards rendered in such proceedings.


19. Amendments and Modifications

• Aire Brokers reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments or modifications will be posted on the Aire Brokers website and will take effect immediately. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any updates or changes. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute the user's consent to such changes.
